Abstract
光合成細菌Rhodobacter capsulatusは,遺伝子操作系が確立されており,さまざまなタンパク質の大量発現系として有望な系である.本節では,R. capsulatusの発現ベクター系と形質転換系,特定の遺伝子破壊株の単離方法について紹介する.
The purple nonsulfur bacterium Rhodobacter capsulatus provides a promising system for overexpression of various proteins as an alternative system of E. coli. Here we describe transformation system of R. capsulatus including overexpression vectors and targeted interposon mutagenesis.
