Abstract
ニトロゲナーゼに代表されるように酸素と触れることで速やかに活性が失われるタンパク質が多数存在する.このようなタンパク質を活性型として精製するために必要とされる嫌気的条件での操作を紹介する.
Some proteins with oxygen-sensitive metallocenters such as nitrogenase are immediately inactivated upon exposure to oxygen. Here we describe technical procedures for purification of oxygen-sensitive proteins under anaerobic conditions.
