Abstract
インターンシップやアルバイトが学生の能力把握や企業の実情把握に結びつくという効果に着目し，就職が内定している大学生に対するアンケート調査を実施した結果，以下の点が明らかになった。①多くの大学生がインターンシップやアルバイトを経験しているものの，インターンシップ先に就職を予定している学生は，インターンシップ経験学生の約3割であるが，そのインターンシップの約半数はいわゆるワンデイインターンシップであり，また，アルバイト先に就職を予定している学生はアルバイト経験学生のわずか5％となっていること，②インターンシップ先に就職が内定している学生の特徴として，大学所在地別が地方圏であることや，大企業に就職が内定している学生が多くなっていること，③アルバイト先に就職が内定している学生の特徴として，男性や「卸売業，小売業」に就職が内定している学生が多くなっていること，などが明らかになった。
The results of a survey of university students who had decided tentatively on employers for after graduation, with a focus on the effects of internships or part-time jobs on ascertaining the abilities of students and the actual circumstances of prospective employers, showed that (i) while many university students had experience with internships or part-time jobs, and about 30% of those with internship experience planned to be employed by the employers where they interned, only 5% of those with part-time-job experience planned to be employed by the employers where they worked part-time; (ii) relatively higher proportions of students who had decided tentatively to work with the employers where they interned were attending universities in provincial regions or planned to work at large enterprises; and, (iii) relatively higher proportions of students who had decided tentatively to work with the employers where they had worked part-time were males or planned to work in the wholesale or retail fields.
