| Abstract: | 高水圧処理による第1卵割阻止(受精4～7時間後,650kg/cm^2,6分間)により生じた二倍体-四倍体モザイクアマゴが産生する卵のサイズと倍数性の関係について調査した。対照とした二倍体の発眼卵の直径は5～6mm(平均5.9mm)であったのに対し,モザイク個体において4～10mmであった。モザイク雌2個体の卵を二倍体雄の精子で受精させたところ,二倍体以外に三倍体が出現した。三媒体は,直径7mm以上の大型発眼卵で特に高い頻度で見られた。以上の結果は,モザイクアマゴが産生する大型卵は四倍体細胞由来の二倍体の可能性が高いことを示唆する。 |
