| Abstract: | 近年,企業経営における情報化が進展するなかで,物流・ロジスティクス分野の情報化(LI)は遅れている。主要な経営課題へのLIの貢献の状況を,ロジスティクスのアウトソーシングと比較すると,人材面,業務・組織面での「仕組み」の変革が不十分なことが,LIの効果を限定的としているとみられる。そしてこれが,LI実施のモティベーションを低下させ,LIの遅れにつながっていると考えられる。 |
