| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to analyze a community opposition process against a dam construction plan. The research is based on the Relative Deviation Index method that is applied to articles appeared in eleven daily newspapers in South Korea between 2001 and 2007. The main subject under study is the community opposition process against the Hantan River Dam Project in South Korea. |
