Abstract:	2009年はリーマン・ショック後の影響で、信用組合にとっても激動の1年であった。一方、協同組織金融機関のあり方を論議する金融審議会の作業部会が、中間論点の整理報告を取りまとめ、個別の論点について自主的な取り組みを求められた年でもあった。新年にあたり協同組織金融機関に造詣の深い北海道大学経済学部・濱田教授、日本大学商学部・長谷川准教授に中間論点整理報告書の感想を含め、“信用組合はどうあるべきか”を大いに語っていただいた。
