Abstract:	ホスホリパーゼ剤やリパーゼ剤の活用よって種々の高度不飽和脂肪酸含有リン脂質を合成し、それらをヒト赤血球に作用させて膜流動性ならびに変形能を評価した。その結果、溶血性がなく膜流動性と変形能を高める効果が最も強いのはホスファチジルエタノールアミンであり、とくにsn-2位のEPAとDHAの混合形態の分子種群が最も優れていることが判明した。
