Abstract:	Rhizomucor miehei 由来の固定化リパーゼ剤（リポザイムIM）の水分活性を中間水分活性域に制御することによってDHA強化鶏卵黄リン脂質を部分加水分解し、DHA含量が極めて高いβ-リゾ型リン脂質が得られた。このβ-リゾ型リン脂質は低濃度で速やかに赤血球に取り込まれ、赤血球の変形能を改善した。
