主催：北海道大学経済学部 Organizer: School of Economics and Business Administration, Hokkaido University 北海道大学のさまざまな分野の学部生や大学院生がチームを組み、「札幌市の交通デザイン」をテーマに独自のアイディアを発表（プレゼン）し、論戦（ディベート）の中でその長短所を検証します。８回目となる今年は、少子高齢化の急速な進展，経済活力の低下，低炭素型都市の実現など，様々な課題を抱える札幌市交通事情。その問題点を把握する中から，将来的に札幌の交通戦略をいかに構築していくかという提言を競います。 現状を社会科学的に把握しつつ、事態に対応するための独創的なデザインを競い提言します。参加チームは、夏から調査と分析を重ね、札幌市の交通に向けた提言を行います。 In this program, teams consisting of Hokkaido University undergraduate and graduate students from various fields will make presentations on unique ideas for Sapporo transportation system design, and will identify the strengths and weaknesses of their plans through debate. This year’s event will be the eighth of its kind, and will involve discussion of issues facing the transportation system in Sapporo, such as rapid demographic aging due to a lower birthrate, reduced economic vitality and challenges relating to the realization of a low-carbon city. With an understanding of these issues, students will compete against each other with proposals for the development of future strategies in Sapporo transportation.
