Abstract: 要旨:本研究は、札幌市の小学生4455名を対象に自宅住環 境と喘息およびアトピー性皮膚炎との関連について調査し、 喘息では、戸建て住宅と比較して集合住宅、築年数増加、 5年以内の改築あり、カーペットを敷き詰めた部屋あり、 ガス石油等の暖房器具使用、室内での喫煙者あり、カビ臭 あり、5年以内の水漏れあり、冬季の結露あり（OR:1.10 ～2.34）、居間または寝室での機械換気使用（OR:0.76）、アトピー性皮膚炎では、屋外排気のない石油等の暖房器具使用、室内の目に見えるカビの生育あり、カビ臭あり、冬季の結露あり（OR:1.22～1.56）に有意な関連を認めた。
