Abstract:	本稿では過去の日本の福祉水準や幸福度を測る指標の開発の歴史やその理論的裏付けを検討することによって，そうした大掛かりな指標開発ではなく，より簡便に北海道の地域の多元的な豊かさを測定・評価できる指標作成の方法を研究し，実際に試作することによってその可能性と課題を明らかにする。
