| Abstract: | 我が国において, 介護支援が必要とされる認知症高齢者は増加の一途をたどっている.池野ら(2007)は, 北海道本別町と鷹栖町において75歳以上の高齢者36名を対象に3ヶ月間の作業バランス自己診断1) を用いた家庭訪問を実施し, 生活機能や認知機能改善の有用性を報告した2-5). 本研究では, 池野らが用いた作業バランス自己診断を高齢者がさらに理解しやすいよう改良した「在宅高齢者生活機能向上ツールFunctioning Improvement Tool for senior citizens（以下FITとする）」を用いて家庭訪問による介入が認知機能に与える効果を明らかにする. |
