Abstract: The resource that the enterprise should have is a resource,which cannot be easily obtained. It is the core resource for the enterprise. To do the business,the enterprise constructs the business system. Using outside power at the present period composes the business system. In a word,the network composes the business system. The entire networks will be integrated by the core resource. And,the enterprise can achieve position in the competitive advantage. It has been said that the core resources of the enterprise are in technology and the management know-how before. However,it is necessary to recognize the resource obtained from the relation to the customer as the core resource,in the age of the network management. As for this thesis,the enterprise analyzes the process of acquiring the core resource with the case. And,it is confirmed that it is the one with a meaning strategic eBusiness for the modern enterprise
