Abstract: The lack of cohesion of the existing studies concerning the performance measurement of the strategic alliance suggests further investigation regarding the determinants of alliance performance. Based on a revised framework proposed by Das & Teng (2003), this paper attempts to examine the determinants of alliance performance, using a case study of Renault & Nissan Alliance.
