Abstract:	本稿では昨年度の本年報の論文（町野，2013）で提示した北海道の「豊かさ指標」開発のその後の研究の経緯を紹介し，その過程で明らかになった問題点を分析して作成手法を見直し，新たな指標を作成した。さらに，この指標を政策に活用するための課題ついて，指標の持つ理論的意味を再確認することによって考察する。
