| Abstract: | 妊娠中の喫煙は，胎児の発育阻害など様々な悪影響がある．環境省「エコチル調査」北海道ユニットセンター登録の妊婦を対象に，喫煙実態を報告する．2011年1月の調査開始から，2013年7月までに妊娠中・後期調査票が登録された3901人の暫定データを集計した．平均年齢は30.9±4.8歳．喫煙経験者は1941人で，17.4%が16歳以下，25.4%が19歳以下で喫煙を開始していた．5.4%は妊娠後も喫煙を続け，15.1%は妊娠中に，30.0%は妊娠前に禁煙した．喫煙継続群は，妊娠中禁煙群，妊娠前禁煙群よりも喫煙開始年齢が早く，収入や学歴が低かった．喫煙継続群のパートナーの83.0%が喫煙していた．タバコは依存性があり家族の影響を受けやすい．家族やまわりの人々も含めて，受動喫煙を含む喫煙による胎児への影響に対する意識を高めていくこと，小児期から喫煙の害に関する組織的かつ継続的な啓発が必要である． |
