Abstract:  近年の目覚ましい医療技術の発展を背景に、在宅で高度医療機器を使用しつつ生活する人々への支援を目的に、2012年に社会福祉士介護福祉士法が一部改正され、一定の研修を受けた介護職員等は痰の吸引等の医療行為を行うことが可能となった。そこで、気管内吸引における潜在/顕在するリスクを抽出し、気管内吸引の初心者に対する効果的な指導法の確立を目的にリスク分析を行った結果、5つのハザードと4つのエラーが抽出された。数あるリスク分析手法の中で、FMEAを使用した分析を試みた結果、排除可能な作業がほとんどないこと、異常検出のための手間がかかること、言語化できない作業がある、リスクを承知で実施しなければならない行為がある、といった医療技術の特徴が浮かび上がった。実際に気管内吸引を提供する人々が利用可能なリスク分析ツールの開発が、今後の課題である。
 Based on the rapid progress of medical technology, there are a number of people who live in the community with ventilators. In 2012, the Social Workers and Care Workers Act was modified to support them, and nowadays care workers are able to conduct suctioning after completion of specific training. This paper aims to clarify the latent/tangible risks involved to suggest what effective training methods are required for care workers. As a result, five hazards and four errors were categorized. Risk analysis using FMEA was then discussed. There were four characteristics in the medical techniques extracted; the inability to minimize the amount of tasks, no time to detect errors, certain tasks are difficult to verbalize, certain tasks must be carried out even though it probably very risky. The development of a simple risk analysis tool needs to be considered, so that it can be utilized by those who provide tracheal suctioning actually.
