Abstract:	近年、国内外の様々な行政機関や科学技術分野などを中心に、科学が社会から充分な信頼を得ることなどを目的とした「オープンサイエンス」に対する機運が高まっている（Reichman et al.2011）。しかし、日本の生物多様性情報を含む生態学研究分野においては、地球規模生物多様性情報機構（Global Biodiversity Information Facility:GBIF）などを軸とした情報発信は動き出しつつあるものの（大澤ほか2014）、オープンサイエンス化に関する状況は十分に周知されているとは言いがたく、世界的動向をふまえ、これらへの対応が急増することが見込まれる。そこで本稿では、2015年3月に開催された日本生態学会第62回全国大会自由集会「オープンデータと生態学」での情報交換や議論をもとに、本稿執筆時の状況をふまえ、オープンサイエンスに関する課題の抽出と、今後の指針になりうる参考情報について集積と整理を行う。
