| Abstract: | Agricultural industrialization is the activity that invents new income and employment in an agricultural district by agricultural person processes agricultural produce and sale and service. An agricultural management scale is expanding in Hokkaido. But the population decreases at an agricultural district in Hokkaido, and labor is aging. Agricultural industrialization is a problem to stop a decline in an area. There is a lot of ‘processing of agricultural produce’ for agricultural industrialization in the Okhotsk area. Technical human resources' securement and upbringing are needed to industrialize agriculture. Upbringing business of human resources of the Tokyo University of Agriculture is doing to put on new food development, the specialized knowledge to carry on business and technical power in a destination. And the match is having for its object to bring the personnel who make brand goods in the area. It's important to make person's various networks to advance agricultural industrialization. It's possible to support product development of a small scale enterprise and commercialization in an area. |
