Abstract: This paper organized the effort of high value-added in Okamoto farm in order to clarify the tasks of high value-added strategies, and to make a proposal of increase of farmer’s high value-added cases. Okamoto farm had been started the agriculture and commerce cooperation and 6 primary industrialization, which are the high value-added strategies, and achieved the stable and continual of farm management. At the same time, Okamoto farm also achieved the high-level of income beyond the keyword of “the development of farm management which could be able to pass on to the next generation”. It was clarified that the technical human resources, involving in production, processing and selling, played an important roles in the high value-added activities, and the development of these technical human resources is important factor to increase the high value-added cases of farmer. Furthermore, it was clarified that paperwork, simplification of office procedure, fund support on introduction of machines and tools for production and processing, high-level of technical human resources are the tasks in high value-added in agriculture.
