| Abstract: | This study investigates the impact of priceon the demand for sugar-free tea that isassociated with health benefit claims under theFood for Specified Health Uses (FOSHU) policy.To estimate the demand function, we apply a Tobit model to Quick Purchase Report data,which is scan data. The results show that thedemand rises as the price increases for sugarfreetea labeled as a FOSHU product. |
