| Abstract: | はじめに: 近年のベトナムでは、ドイモイ政策のもと、経済発展が図られ、日本の企業も多数進出し、日本との交流が活発に進められている。米の生産量は世界第5位、輸出量はタイに次ぎ世界第2位であり、世界の水田農業を考える上で不可欠な国である。本学会においては、世界の食料・環境問題を解決する上で、水田農業とその工学的技術が重要であるため、田渕俊雄博士を中心に海外水田工学特別研究委員会が組織された。1995年に、その成果が「Paddy Fields in the World」1)として書籍にまとめられ、本学会から出版されている。その当時は、ベトナムの情報が十分に得られない状況で、この書籍中のベトナムに関するデータも不十分であった。また、その当時から年を経て、ベトナムの農業生産は増大し、変化も著しい。そこで、ベトナムの水田農業の変遷と現状について、ここにまとめることにした。 |
