Abstract: 北海道の米共同乾燥調製施設における米成分の測定精度を明らかにするために,共乾施設と同様の条件で近赤外分析計の測定精度を検証した。その結果,米の水分とタンパク質の測定は精度が高いことが確認された。近赤外分析計の安定した高い測定精度を維持するために,定期的な測定精度の検証と必要に応じた検量線の更新が重要である。
We performed analysis using near-infrared spectrometry under the same conditions at rice grain elevators in order to show the accuracy of near-infrared spectroscopy performed at rice grain elevators in Hokkaido for determining rice constituent contents. Validation statistics indicated that estimation by near-infrared spectroscopy of moisture content and protein content in rice was sufficiently accurate for practical use. Periodical inspection for accuracy and updating of calibration models are essential for maintaining a high level of performance of a near-infrared spectrometer.
