Abstract: 北海道の小麦共同乾燥調製施設における小麦成分の測定精度を明らかにするために,共乾施設と同様の条件で近赤外分析計の測定精度を検証した。その結果,共乾施設における小麦の水分とタンパク質の測定は精度が高いことが確認された。近赤外分析計の安定した高い測定精度を維持するために,定期的な測定精度の検証と必要に応じた検量線の更新が重要である。
We performed analysis using near-infrared spectrometry under the same conditions at wheat grain elevators in order to show the accuracy of near-infrared spectroscopy performed at wheat grain elevators in Hokkaido for determining wheat constituent contents. Validation statistics indicated that estimation by near-infrared spectroscopy of moisture content and protein content in wheat was sufficiently accurate for practical use at grain elevators. Periodical inspection for accuracy and updating of calibration models are important for maintaining a high level of performance of a near‐infrared spectrometer.
