| Abstract: | 雨龍研究林では、約30年前からササ地の掻起しによる更新作業を行ってきた。これまでの調査研究を基にした作業改善の積み重ねによって、主としてカンバ類が優占する森林を造成することが可能となってきている。しかし、より多様な樹種からなる森林を回復させるためには、さまざまな施業方法を用いて、多様な環境条件を創出することが必要であると考えられる。そのために、北海道和種馬放牧試験地と掻起し試験地における初期の更新状況を比較し、更新樹種の違いを決定づける要因の検討を開始した。 |
