| Abstract: | "Senior housing with supportive service" was established as a housing policy for the elderly since aged households and senior citizens who live alone have been expected to increase currently. This service is obliged to include confirmation of the safety and consultation service of every day's lives of users. However, the elderly and their family or general consumers often misunderstand that this service includes nursing and medical care. This report summarizes roles of information service before using senior housing with supportive service, especially focuses on cases in Sapporo which has the biggest number of registration among designated cities. |
