| Abstract: | In only 15 years, the designated manager system introduced in 2003 exceeded total about 70,000 business numbers and expanded them quickly. However, in the present condition, the designated manager system is generating various dilemma.
Aggravation of dilemma reduces institutional reliability and makes the risk of both a municipal corporation and a specification administrator expand. In order to conquer this dilemma, the circumstances of designated manager system introduction are arranged.
The legal character of the agreement concluded between a municipal corporation and a civilian enterprise company is considered. And the subject of the designated manager system relevant to the disaster which occur frequently is considered. |
