Abstract: The electronic properties of graphene-based electrode systems have been extensively studied for developing electronic devices and electrocatalysis. However, electronic structure under bias voltage has not been investigated in detail due to the difficulty of theoretically describing electrode systems. In this paper, we study a graphene-organic molecule complex under bias voltage using an original theoretical method. It is revealed that the voltage-dependent variation in electronic charge is controlled by the gate electric field.
