Generally, entrepreneurial process is viewed as intentionally planned behavior which starts from intention and ends when create a new business. For addressing this process, present study draws upon Ajzen’s theory of planned behavior to examine the entrepreneurial intention-behavior relationship. The empirical analysis was carried out among entrepreneurs from Japan in 2019 (n=532). The findings indicated that entrepreneurial intention is positively associated with entrepreneurial behavior.
