Abstract: Recent years, entrepreneurship researchers have been mostly focusing on the emergence of new venture and entrepreneurial process. Generally, entrepreneurial process is viewed as intentionally planned behavior which starts from intention and ends when create a new business. For addressing this process, present study draws upon Ajzen’s theory of planned behavior to examine the entrepreneurial intention-behavior relationship. The empirical analysis was carried out among entrepreneurs from Japan in 2019 (n=532). The findings indicated that entrepreneurial intention is positively associated with entrepreneurial behavior.
