| Abstract: | 人工呼吸器ケアに関する学習ニーズを明らかとするため,高度実践看護コースを有する国内2ヶ所の大学院の院生を対象に,人工呼吸器装着児のケア場面の360度動画を用いたユーザテストとアンケートを実施した。その結果,シミュレータの多職種共同開発に加え,CBT・OSCEなど学部レベルにおける卒業時到達度評価の普及,人工呼吸器の基本知識やリスク回避に関する学習機会の担保,大学院教育における積み上げが可能となるようなカリキュラムの標準化が喫緊の問題と考えられた。 |
