| Abstract: | 光合成生物の多くは，硝酸イオンをアンモニアに還元し有機窒素化合物を合成する硝酸同化機構を持っているため，硝酸イオンを窒素源として利用できる．本章では植物及びラン藻の硝酸還元酵素及び亜硝酸還元酵素の活性測定方法について紹介する． | | Nitrate, which is a major source of nitrogen for photosynthetic organisms, is reduced to ammonium by the sequential action of nitrate reductase and nitrite reductase. In this chapter, we describe the methods to measure the activities of nitrate reductase and nitrite reductase in photosynthetic organisms. |
