| Abstract: | 本稿では光化学系I反応中心複合体に結合している約150分子のクロロフィルaの有機溶媒による分別抽出法について述べている．水飽和度が70％～80％のジエチルエーテルで処理することにより，Chl a/P700比が約10の標品を得ることができる． | | This section describes the ether-extraction of PSI-RC complexes with diethyl ether containing water at appropriate saturation level, which leads to the preparation of P700-enriched complexes with the Chl a/P700 ratio of about 10. |
