| Abstract: | 光化学系Iサイクリック電子伝達では，光化学系Iを通過した電子は，プラストキノンへ戻され，直鎖電子伝達経路を経由して再び光化学系Iへ渡される．本章ではクロロフィル蛍光測定やP700の酸化キネティックス測定から光化学系Iサイクリック活性を検出する方法を紹介する． | | In cyclic electron transport around photosystem I, electrons are donated to plastoquinone from acceptor of photosystem I. In this chapter, I introduce methods for evaluating cyclic electron transport activity from chlorophyll fluorescence measurement or oxidation kinetics of P700 measurement. |
