Abstract: シロイヌナズナの形質転換は,技術的にほぼ完成されており,容易に簡便に行うことができる.以前はvacuum infiltration法がよく使われたが,最近はfloral dip法が主流である.
Transformation technique of Arabidopsis thaliana has already been established almost completely. Although vacuum infiltration was routinely used previously, the transformation became even more efficient and simple by the establishment of floral dip method.
