| Abstract: | 近年のゲノム解析の進展と，それにともなうゲノムレベルの様々な網羅的解析手法の開発により，膨大な量の計測データがデータベースに蓄積され続けている．生物学者は研究を進める上で，これらの情報を有効に活用する必要性に迫られている．本章では，光合成生物に関連するオミックスデータベースの内容と所在について紹介する． | | Over the last decade, genomic and post-genomic data are accumulating at an ever-accelerating rate. Experimental biologists are on the verge of effectively utilizing these data to design experimental procedures. In this chapter, we introduce location and context of omics databases of phototrophic organisms. |
