Abstract: Oligosaccharide containing macrolides of resin glycosides were effectively constructed by MeOTf promoted intramolecular glycosylation of dodecyl thioglycosyl donors. Synthesis of a key disaccharide intermediate of tricolorin A and total synthesis of tricolorin F were successfully achieved by this approach.
