Abstract: Negotiation training is common in graduate and professional programs, including those of law, business, international relations, and public policy. Though negotiation classes are frequently oversubscribed, their long-term impact is unclear. This paper will examine how negotiation is currently taught, and offer recommendations for improving negotiation courses for graduate and professional programs.
