| Abstract: | 本論文の目的は, 組織メンバー間の物理的な距離によるコミュニケーション・パターンへの影響に注目することにある。すなわち, Allen（1977）や阿部（2008）などの先行研究の追試を行なうことを目的としている。本論文を通じて得られる結論は, (1)Allen（1977）やConrath（1973）などの既存研究が明らかにしている通り, 組織メンバー間の物理的な距離が隔たるほど, 対面コミュニケーションの発生回数が急激に減少すること, (2)電話は距離を隔てた者とのコミュニケーション手段となりうるのに対し, 電子メールは距離とは無関係に利用されていること, の2点である。 |
