Abstract: | This paper is a continuation of "Work-life Motivation" (Saito, 2012), written to enhance and further explore its thought. In this paper, I would like to focus especially on the following areas. Firstly, the existence of a mid-term composing concept referred to as "the experience module", as a basic unit of the long-term undulation of a man's work motivation, and how this greatly influences the fluctuation of the long-term undulation. Secondly, the primary causes of the destruction, decline, and recuperation of work motivation observed there. Thirdly, effective strategies on shifting from our present situation of heteronomous motivation, constantly affected by the external environment, to autonomous motivation. Finally, business organization strategies that should be considered in parallel with autonomization of the individual. |
