| Abstract: | カンジダ性の義歯性口内炎では，義歯がカンジダの温床になるため，義歯に対する適切な管理をしなければ再燃を繰り返すことが知られている．現在までにさまざまな義歯に対して管理が行われてきたが，十分な効果と安全性が得られる方法はない．そこで今回，３室ダブルイン型電解システムにより精製される，高還元水と高酸化水を用いた義歯洗浄が，カンジダの除菌に有用であるかを検討した．上顎義歯性口内炎を有する患者の上顎義歯粘膜面からカンジダ培養検査を施行し，カンジダ陽性が確認された30例を対象とした．方法は，高還元水を用いた５分間の超音波洗浄後に，高酸化水でも５分間同様の処置を行った．洗浄後にカンジダのコロニーの消失を認めた義歯は33％（10/30），また明らかな菌数の減少が80％（24/30）の義歯に認められた．３室型電解機能水は生体に対する安全性も確立されており，この機能水による義歯洗浄は，カンジダの除菌に有用であると考えられた. |
