| Abstract: | 人間の創造性こそが都市経済の今後の担い手であるとする創造都市論において、創造人材とされるクリエイティブクラス以外の市民の潜在力については、ほとんど注目されて来なかった。本研究は、都心でのアートと趣味縁をテーマとした市民有志による活動の場が、クリエイティブクラス以外の市民層が各自の潜在的な創造力を発現させる契機となっている事例に着目し、敷田の「ハーフシフト」概念を応用しながら、その機制(メカニズム)について事例からの分析を試みる。 | | Creative city theory points out that human creativity plays a significant role in city economics. Creative Class has been focused as creative human resource, but as to community people other than Creative Class, their creative potentiality has been ignored. This study focuses on a case of "OYOYO ART CENTER SAPPORO." In this case, people other than Creative Class initiate their art and leisure activities in the heart of a city to empower their own individual potentiality and creativity. The study gives an analytical examination to the case in terms of its mechanism by applying "Half-Shift," a concept introduced by Asami Shikida. |
