Abstract: We prove the unitary equivalence between the Dirac Hamiltonian Hv for a rela­tivistic spin 1/2 neutral particle with an anomalous magnetic moment in a two-dimensional electrostatic field E = (E1 , E2 ) and the direct sum of the Dirac-Weyl operators D(±A) for a spin 1/2 charged particle in two-dimensional magnetic fields ±dA with the vector potential A = E2 dx1 - E1 dx2 , ( x1 , x2 ) E IR2• As applications, we investigate the ground state and the spectra of Hv .
