Abstract: This paper presents a rigorous derivation of an N-body Schrodinger Hamiltonian from taking a weak coupling limit of a renormalized Hamiltonian describing an interac­tion of N-spineless particles and a massive scalar field at the same time as an ultraviolet cut-off is removed. In particular, in the case where the space dimension equals three, the Yukawa potential appears in the N-body Schrodinger Hamiltonian.
