Abstract:	本報では急速に展開しているルワンダの開発において、高等教育に係る政策や計画、そして、高等教育の中核となっているルワンダ大学の沿革や組織から、同国の高等教育の現状を明らかにすることを通して、ルワンダの経済開発の重点課題の一つである科学技術・ICT分野における高等教育の課題を抽出することを目的としている。
