Abstract: | 当今日本旅游业对华语人才的需求越来越高,旅游华语教学开始引人注目。但日本的翻译导游执照考试是一大难关, 华语翻译导游供不应求。本研究以北海道导游志愿者培训为目的,设计并实践“知识学习”与“互动体验”相融合的主动学习课堂,并以 ARCS-V model 为评估指标进行分析,探讨其教学效果。结果显示,学习者在 Attention 的所有因素和 Relevance 的部分因素上维持了原有的高度学习动机。在 Relevance 和 Confidence 的部分因素上提高了学习动机。另外,在 Attention, Confidence 及 Satisfaction 的部分因素上有可能提高学习动机。 | Recently, the tourism industry in Japan strongly require Chinese speaker, therefore Chinese language learning for tourism start drawing attention. However, the Licensed Guide Interpreter Examination is the biggest hurdle of certificate, especially in terms of Chinese guide and interpreter, demand has been outstripping supply. The purpose of this study is to design, implement and evaluate the active learning for Chinese tour guide training class. The class is composed of “lecture on vocabulary and grammatical study about Hokkaido travel” and “practical conversation activities with Chinese native speakers”. The evaluation standard employed ARCS-V model, the methodology used statistical analysis. As the result, the learners maintained a high level of learning motivation about Attention and Relevance elements. Moreover, the learners improved their learning motivation about Relevance and Confidence elements. Also, the learners have the potential to improve motivation about Attention, Confidence and Satisfaction elements. |
