| Abstract: | 音威子府バイパス事業における環境影響評価手続きのための環境調査とは別に、中川研究林では1997年より「中川地方演習林における自然環境調査（現、中川研究林における自然環境調査）」（以下、自然環境調査とする）を実施している。この自然環境調査の目的は、音威子府バイパスが建設された場合の周辺自然環境への影響について、長期的にモニタリングすることである。方針としては、工事前、工事中、工事後（供用後）の3つの時期に調査を行い、それらのデータを対比することで総合的な結論を得ることになっている（金子ほか 1999，野田 2004）。本稿では、この音威子府バイパス建設計画に伴う「中川研究林における自然環境調査」の経過と現状、そして今後の課題について報告する。 |
