Abstract: A polystyrene-cross-linking bisphosphine ligand PS-DPPBz was used for Ni-catalyzed cross-coupling with organolithiums. A bench-stable precatalyst [NiCl2(PS-DPPBz)] enabled efficient coupling reactions between aryl chlorides and alkyllithiums. The heterogeneous Ni system showed good reusability.
