Abstract:	北海道大学超高圧電子顕微鏡研究施設において進められてきた，短パルスレーザー照射で材料がどのように組織変化していくかをナノスケールでその場観察することができる，レーザー敷設型超高圧電子顕微鏡の開発ならびに，これによる新たなその場観察技法に基づく，照射効果現象と格子欠陥の研究例を紹介する．
