| Abstract: | 本論文では、子ども虐待対応における子どもの処遇決定などの場面で、子ども自身の意見を尊重するために前提となる支援者側の姿勢や共通する理念は何かということを、子どもの意見尊重を含む子どもの権利擁護に積極的な取り組みの見られるイギリスの子ども虐待対応ガイドライン「Working Together」を研究対象とし、その変遷をたどり明らかにすることを目的とする。 |
